Petro is a connector of people and opportunities. With years of experience linking Manitoba employers to top talent in production, construction, and related industries, he combines sharp recruitment expertise with a genuine commitment to community growth.
Known for his clear communication and strategic insight, Petro has organized large-scale networking events, guided companies through complex hiring challenges, and supported newcomers in building strong, successful careers.
Before moving to Canada, Petro spent over 17 years working for a U.S.-based company, helping thousands of young people pursue postgraduate education by connecting them with universities in Ukraine. He also led several businesses in Ukraine — experiences that shaped his entrepreneurial mindset and prepared his path toward founding The StaffBridge.
As Co-Founder and CEO of The StaffBridge, Petro is driven by one goal: to help businesses thrive and skilled job seekers find meaningful, lasting employment—strengthening Manitoba and Canada in the process.

Danylo Panin
An entrepreneur at heart, Danylo brings a practical blend of hands-on industry experience and business ownership to his role at The StaffBridge.
Before immigrating to Canada, Danylo successfully ran an online retail business in Ukraine for more than three years, developing expertise in marketing, customer service, and independent problem-solving. Seeking to better understand the North American workforce, he later worked on the front lines as a Shipper & Receiver Lead at one of Winnipeg’s largest radiator manufacturers and as a Warehouse Associate in the U.S.
This path—from running his own company to working in production and logistics—gives Danylo a grounded, real-world perspective on recruitment. He understands what employers need and what workers face every day.
At The StaffBridge, Danylo leads candidate operations with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and human connection. His mission is simple: to build real bridges between hardworking people and the businesses that depend on them.
